1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using SitNit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

SitNit.com is owned and operated by Shivam D, a software engineer based in India. References to “we”, “us”, or “SitNit” in these terms refer to the operator of sitnit.com.

2. What SitNit provides

SitNit is a free platform offering online calculators and tools across finance, health and fitness, math, education, and AI personal care categories. All tools are provided free of charge and require no account or registration.

The calculators on SitNit are built for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional financial, tax, medical, or legal advice. Results should be used as a starting point for your own research — not as a final answer for important decisions.

SitNit is available to anyone with access to the internet. By using the site, you confirm that you are using it for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with these terms.

Before making any financial decision based on a SitNit calculator result, we strongly recommend verifying the figures against the relevant official source or consulting a qualified professional.

Health and fitness calculators use established medical formulas (WHO, CDC standards). Results are general estimates and should not be treated as medical advice.

All content on SitNit — including calculator code, tool designs, written content, graphics, and layout — is owned by SitNit and protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. User responsibilities

When using SitNit, you agree not to:

9. Limitation of liability

SitNit and its operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SitNit with respect to your use of the site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and SitNit.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time — for example, when we add new tool categories, change our service providers, or when applicable law changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (such as a banner on the homepage). Continued use of SitNit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of SitNit will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain all rights granted to you under your local consumer protection laws, regardless of this governing law clause, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your own country.
